Coaching

My approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that we all have access to deep wells of strength, vision, and creativity. When we’re stuck or trying to move towards our goals, much of the work is about peeling back the layers of fear and self-doubt that get in our way, and uncovering the wisdom and clarity that’s already there. 

As a coach and facilitator, I create space for you to come as you are, and to get clear about what really matters.

In my work with individuals and groups, I hold both the process and the outcome, helping you move towards your goals at a pace that allows for true transformation.

I draw on tools from mindfulness and embodied practices, storytelling and restorative practice, as well as my experience as a chaplain, educator, and organizer.

Our work together begins with a phone call to identify your goals. Then, I help you set a course to fulfill your objectives. Based on your needs and interests, we meet biweekly or monthly by phone or zoom.
